Coming from a defence family, I picked up the habit of staying disciplined with my fitness routine early on.
Sports have always been a big part of my life - I've played everything from basketball to badminton to kickboxing over the years. My background just made it natural to stick with training even when it got tough.
These days, when I'm not helping others with their fitness, I'm usually swimming (my favorite way to clear my head), trying out new healthy recipes in the kitchen, or adding on to my crystal collection.
I really enjoy seeing the changes in people when they start feeling stronger both inside and out. And after a busy day, I love spending time with animals - there's something about their energy that helps me reset.
